The Herbarium book restoration project
- The actual Herbarium book restoration project has been made possible thanks to the kind support of the “Boek & Wurm” foundation from Amsterdam.
The project is in the skillful hands of “Atelier Mooie Boeken” – also from Amsterdam. Its completion will take place by the month of June of 2011. This project is planned to come in three stages, wherein a total of 158 books will be restored. During the first stage of the project, the restoration of 47 books has already been completed. The second stage will concern 67 books. During the final stage there will be 44 books in the restoration process.
